Day 7 - Psalm 93: 1 - 5
1. The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
2. Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.
3. The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
4. The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
5. Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O Lord, for ever.
My Interpretation
1 & 2 - For me are basically God proclaiming that HE is the Everlasting King, his power, his strength is eternal and reigns over all and has done since the beginning of time as it was him who created the world.
3 & 4 - I think this is God saying that he is more powerful than a stormy ocean and the crashing waves, for he created the waves, he created the sounds that they make.
5 - I think the writer is saying that God is speaking truth and that his actions match his words.
